Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a problem of prophylaxis of teeth caries in teenagers. The preparations of natural activity mussel hydrolysate, candies with Echinacea purpura and candies with Echinacea purpura together with vitamin-mineral complex "Duovit", were proposed and administered once a year during 1-month period. It is determined that mussel hydrolysate has antimicrobal activity. A high efficacy of a natural activity preparations to achieve caries stabilization and increas of its reduction during 1-2,5 years has been proved in clinic. A natural activity medicines normalize local non-specific resistance indices and increase tooth enamel resistance to acids. The schemes of treatment have been worked out, the necessity of their use in the treatment of teenagers has been substantiated
