Ivashchenko V. Criminological and crime-law aspects of combatting the women and children selling

Об'єкт дослідження - social relations emerging in the sphere of women and child trafficking. Мета дослідження - overall working out of criminological and legal criminal aspects of combating women and child trafficking and on this basis putting forward definite proposals of organizational and legal nature as to preventing these crimes. Методи дослідження та апаратура - a) scientific general (systematic, logical and legal, comparative and legal); б) scientific particular (logical, functional, extrapolation and simulation); в) sociological (questioning, studies of criminal cases); г) statistical (observation, summaries, grouping, analysis of indices). Теоретичні результати і новизна - suggested theoretical provisions could serve initial scientific basis for the further studies of criminological, criminal and legal problems of combating women and child trafficking, make for improving criminal legislature in Ukraine and its administering. Практичні результати і новизна - basic provisions of the thesis c ould be used : a) in practical activity of law enforcement and other state bodies, including public and international non-governmental organizations in preventing women and child trafficking; б) in working out Draft Criminal Code of Ukraine; в) while issuing resolutions of the Supreme Court Plenum as to defining issues of people trafficking and related crimes and determining terms of punishment for them. Basic provisions and conclusions of the thesis could be used in preparing appropriate chapters of the manuals and textbooks in "Criminology and crime prevention" and "Criminal law", in scientific-research work of Masters, students, cadets of the educational establishments of MIA, at the refreshing courses of the law enforcement officers and also in order to improve general legal level of the public. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - results of the work are submitted for approval and further implementation by the Chief Forensic Bureau of the Ministry for Health Care of Ukraine and Parliamentary Committee on the issues of legal providing of law enforcement activity. Ефективність впровадження - conclusions and proposals have been positively estimated by the experts. Сфера використання - preventive activity of law enforcement bodies, law making, teaching.
