The thesis object is a study of the expenditures and resources to determine the enterprises production economic efficiency, a ground of the suitable use of generalized index of the productivity efficiency resources and expenses and the conform calculations were been executed, based on the airlines company TAAG documents. Study of the influence of external and internal environment factors on the airlines company efficiency was made. The organization and administration block expenses (planning, administration organisation structure, accounting and control, marketing and airlines tariffs, labour payment and motivation) have the most negative influence on the airlines company activi-ties. Based on the block-objective approach, the company's administration organisation structure and maintenance and engineering basis were developed. The principles of the information and computer network were grounded for the airlines company TAAG administration system on the basis of it computer station. The necessity of th e distributed data base processing system use is grounded. It combines both the centralized processing of the accounting in-formation with its decentralization. The real accounting process is distributed by the work posts on the enterprise territory as the accounting sectors which are envisaged for the enterprise administration organisation structure. Issuing from the requirements to the primary documentation, the "Register of the air-craft technical maintenance works" was made and on the one work example the order of this primary document filling out and its movement in this pro-posed airlines company organisation structure was studied. Was grounded the suitability of use at Angola's conditions of the method approach to the passen-gers tariffs for internal airlines on the basis of the transportation prime cost taking into account the commercial charge of executed flight and the necessary calculations for 13 Angola airlines were made. The airlines company TAAG operators motivation was adapted on the basis of author's questionnaire and individual rating of their work appreciation. To attest each operator the "Register of the service functions execution appreciation" was developed and the appropriate grades scale for each factor to characterize the each operator's personal and business qualities was made.
