Essay

Thesis are dedicated to problem of pathogenetic treatment perfection of Chronic Gastroduodenits (CGD) among children. In thesis differential approach was worked out to choice of antisecretory preparations, based on determination of stomach & duodenum mucosa barrier resistance, pathologic process activity, antisecretory drugs cytoprotective efficacy, which is possible for conduction of individualized pathogenetic pharmacotherapy. Differentiative-diagnostic criteria of basic clinico- morfological forms of CGD among children, diagnostic CGD constructions algorithm with taking into account resistance conduction of stomach & duodenum mucosa, indications for differentiative purposes of blocators M1- cholinoreceptors & H2- histamine receptors in CGD among children were proposed.
