Essay

The investigation was conducted to reveal the alterations of echocardiographic indexes after the sinus rhythm recovery in patients with paroxysmal form of atrial fibrillation and the alterations of the indexes of hemodynamics and homogenity of heart's different parts excitation after transesophageal electrophysiolo-gycal testing. The relation of mexanical atrial and ventriculars function with the character of their excitation was marked. The diagnostical value of original magnetocardiographic indexes of homogenity of myocardium excitation was revealed. The criterias for the prediction of atrial fibrillation course were distinguished according to the investigation during the transesophageal electrophysiologycal testing. The dependence of hemodynamical alterations after the cardioversion from the previous arrhythmia paroxysm duration was defined more precisely.
