In the scientific work the data results of spreading the periodontium diseases and the particular features of its clinical course of the children and teenagers, living in sulfur mining region are summarized. The results of mixed saliva immunological research, the functional activity of the buccal epithelium cells and clinical gingival pockets microflora contents in observing pupils are represented. It was determined that the ecological situation of the research region essentially influences on the pathological process development in the periodontium tissues. The treatment and prophylaxis measures complex, directed to the prophylaxis of development and further progress of periodontium diseases of the children and teenagers, living in sulfur mining geological region has been worked out and approved. The results of the dissertation are used in practice public health.
