Essay

114 persons were examined, 229 crowns and 174 prosthesis were made. The methods of putting the retentional points on the stamped foundation to improve the fixation of decorative materials on the metal frame is worked-out. The expediency to use the galvanic line for the electrochemical putting down the retentional layer is proved. The kind of material for the retentional points and the diameter of the retentional elements is chosen in experiments mathematically. The practical recommendations on preparation the cosmetic-aesthetically stamped individual crowns and bridge prosthesis are given. The clinic-experimental monitoring for five years and observation the patients prosthesised with the constructions made according to the modernized technology are carried out.
