Teslenko M. Constitutional Jurisdiction in Ukraine.

Dissertation is devoted to the formation and the development of constitutional jurisdiction in Ukraine, the place of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the legal state mechanism in Ukraine, called to provide the rule of law and the save the principle of power division, to protect human rights and freedoms. The forms of court proceeding and the limitations of power of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, legal character of its acts are analyzed. The propositions are formulated on the basis of the prevailing legislation of Ukraine and the foreign countries regarding improvement of the Constitutional Court Activity and its legal regulation.
