Essay

The patients with absolute glaucoma. On the basis of using of sectoral posterior sclerectomy (SPSE) and clinical differentiated approach to the treatment of absolute glaucoma to increase the effectiveness of surgical treatment. Metods - ophthalmological. In the first time was shown that the hipotensive action of posterior sclerectomy is continioned by activation of the uveoscleral outflow and the reducing aqueous production. New surgical treatment SPSE was propoused and demonstrated that the operation of choice has to depend on the initial clinical peculiarity of the disease. The method was applicated in practical work of ophthalmology department.The use area is medicine, ophthalmology.
