Essay

The mechanisms of neurotic depression's formation. Diagnostic criterions, criterions of differential diagnostic and principles of neurotic depressions therapy. The clinic-psychopathological, experimental-psychological, electrophysiological, biochemical and statistic methods of investigation. The data about clinical polymorphism and psychopathological diversity of the neurotic depressions were obtained, variants of expressions and dynamics of development of their were described. Some mechanisms of the pathogenesis were investigated. Principles of therapy for the neurotic depressions were proposed. This will allow to reduce term of stating a diagnosis and treatment.
