Essay

The children of 4,5- 6,5 years old with the mental retardation and dysarthria. To develop a new way of treatment of delays of psychic development. Methods of study: anamnestical, clinical, experimental - psychological, statistical methods of processing. "Sphera-2m". Complex comparative characteristic of the children with mental retardation, suffering from dysarthria was composed. Designed method of treatment a children with delays of psychic development and dysarthria based on laser puncture. Action of laser puncture on different manifestations of disease were explored. The strategy of treatment is introduсed in the 3 medical child institutions. Scope of use is child psychiatry.
