Podsevakhina S. Сlinical patogenetic substantiation of Thiotriazolin Application in complex treatment patients with chronic pyelonephritis

On the basis of clinico-pathological aspects of Thiotriasolin usage in complex treatment of pyelonephritis the evalunation of the drug effectiveness according the clinical, biochemical, immunological indexes, the state of hemocoagulation and fibrinolysis system and its influence on some links of pathogenesis in 160 patients with chronic pyelonephritis was done with the aim of raising the effectiveness of therapy. The peculiarities of the state of central and peripheral heamodinamics and water-electrolytics balance in patients with hypertensive form of pyelonephritis were revealed. Complex clinico-biochemical and instrumental methods of examination gave the possibility to determine antiinflamatory, immunomodulating, heamorheologocorrecting, cardioprotective, hypotensive and diuretic effects of Thiotriazolin. Prescriptions and developed methods Thiotriazolin use in patients with chronic pyelonephritis (Patent of Ukraine N 24162A) helped to cut short the length of time of treatment by 40% and to bring do wn the recidive by 6-8 times in case of its using for profilactic in comperation with traditional method of treatment. By the results of this experiment, this drug is being used in the regional hospital of Zaporozhye in the terapeutic and nephrologic units.
