Subject of investigation. Crystals of various symmetry and dimensions. Aim of investigation. Finding the potential energy of quasi-particle interaction with interfaces in multilayer heterostructures. Mеthods of investigation. Solving Poisson, Laplace, Schrodinger equations. Тheoretical and practical results, novelty. The potential of electrostatic image forces for multilayer spherical structures is first found. The potential dependence on crystal dimensions is calculated and analysed. In the frames of the model of transitional layer with dielectric constant as a flowing function of coordinate the potential energy of quasi-particle interaction with interfaces for multilayer systems has been first found. The energy dependence on thickness of transitional layers and choice of various probationary functions is calculated and analysed. The influence of transitional layers on electron and exciton spectra in multilayer heterostructures is first examined/Application- The semiconductor electronics
