Essay

The system of the use of the low- potential heating secondary power resources for hot - wаter supply on the example of the combined oil- evaporation cooling system for a small and middle power transformers is indicated. It has been determined, that the use of the cooling system diminishes the temperature of the oil in the transformer(s container and increases the nominal power of the transformer per 5-10 %, decreases the difference of the temperatures between upper and under layers of the oil and abridges the wear of the insulation and increases the service life. The received the theoretical and experimental dependencies allows to exactly calculate of the heat flow density on the winding surface and to find the size cross-section of winding wire whipping. The experimental industrial model of the combined oil - evaporation cooling system of the transformer OA 100 / 6 is designed and is embedded. A sphere of usage - the industry enterprises, where the small and middle power transformers are determined.
