Essay

Using clinico-psychopathology method and experimental-psychology technique, dissociative manifestations in the frames of neurotic histeria were studied. It was establisched: during clinical examinations, dissociative manifestations in hysteria-neurotic patients were observed in 5,5% and 7% of all examined cases with hysteria neurosis, according to the 1-st and 2-st stages of examination respectively; according to the experimental-psychology techniques, the revealed dissociative manifestations constitute: according to DES - 17,6% "obvios" and 24,8% subclinical cases and in DDIS-interview - 24,4% and 51,2% cases respectively. The difference between clinico-psychopathology qualification of dissociative manifestations and their revealing using experimental-psychology techniques is explained by subjective indifference, i.e. "non-symptomness" of dissociation manifestations for hysteria-neurotic patients.
