Pyenzyev M. Epileptiform and epileptic disorders in chrpnic alcoholic intoxication (clinical, diagnosis, treatment)

In the dissertation the clinical peculiarities of epileptic and epileptiform disorders in chronic alcoholic intoxication were studied. The peciliarities of their formation and course were determined using clinicocatamnestic investigation. Clinical systrmatization of epileptiform disorders in alcoholic dependence was proposed and deseribed in the limits of epileptiform reaction and syndrom. The developed clinical and paraclinical criteria of differential diagnosis of epileptic and epileptiform disorders in chronic alcoholic intoxication with description of received clinical, psychological, electroencefalographic data are submited. New pattern of complex pathogenetically directed treatment of epileptic and epileptiform disorders in chronic alcoholic intoxication basing on received data was proposed.
