Object of research: management of marketing processes in productive and consumption systems. Purpose of research: management quality enhancement in productive system, functioning in market conditions based on economic and mathematical modeling of marketing decisions. Methods of research: economic and mathematical modeling, informational technologies and tools for decision-making. Results: Conception of marketing management system's creation under market conditions is suggested; complex of models and methods of marketing management of production based on the conception under market conditions: models and mechanisms for solution of marketing management problems expressing mutual interests of consumers and producers with respect to competition, risk, time factor, inflation and allowing to make a better decision; model of structural stability of productive complex, reflecting synergetic effect by production scaling and providing in some conditions functioning's efficiency increase; mechanisms of marketin g decision-making in commutative policy, allowing to choose the best direction of advertising activity; leverage mechanism in target auditory choose in advertising activity taking into account the different consumers groups and lifetime phases, that allow to arrange the costs; integrated system of informational support of marketing management of production is suggested. Novelty: Conception of marketing management system's creation; models for solution of marketing management problems of production with respect to competition, risk, time factor and inflation; mechanisms of marketing decision-making in commutative policy and management leverage mechanism in target auditory choose in advertising activity; model of structural stability of productive complex, reflecting synergetic effect by production scaling.
