Kosyj R. Development and research of the brake valve of a pneumatic brake drive of the automobile

Object of research: an opportunity of increase efficiency of functioning pneumatic brake drive in normal and emergency operation. The purpose of research: increase of active safety vehicles by creation and research two- and three-section brake cranes pneumatic brake drive of vehicles. Methods of research: the analysis of existing designs brake cranes and techniques of their designing, synthesis of a design new three-section brake crane with a parallel arrangement sections is made, optimization of the basic parameters sections and drive of the brake crane is executed, the programming of the works of the brake crane in structure pneumatic brake drive in normal and emergency modes is made, the comparative analysis with the crane PAAZ is executed. The equipment: stands for research static and dynamic characteristics, refrigerator, computer engineering. Theoretical and practical results: the basic circuit of the brake crane is certain. The programs for optimization of its basic parameters and definitions o f the basic characteristics is created. The lineage of new brake cranes is created. Theoretical, experimental and emergency characteristics as the developed brake cranes, and crane PAAZ are investigated. Their comparative analysis is carried out. New offered: Determined influence of friction in the drive of sections, different adjusting the sections, hydraulic resistances of elements of pneumatic device and pipe lines that are changed on a time, on steady-state and dynamic features of brake cranes, as well as in getting physical connecting process models in the pipe line with using an interleaving of elements a throttle-capacity.
