Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study of clinical and pathogenetic peculiarities and differential treatment of arterial hypertension complicated by chronic heart failure in patients with metabolic disorders. It was demonstrated that prescribing of the four-components scheme (enalapril, losartan, ascilin and ufibrate) in patients with arterial hypertension complicated by chronic heart failure and metabolic disorders is the most effective and makes possible to correct both hemodynamic, renal and metabolic disorders - dyslipidemia, hyperinsulinemia and hyperuricemia, to optimize the therapy and improve the life quality of the patients. The results of the study have been implemented into practical work of the clinical hospitals.
