Kol'tsov M. Application of ferment for enrichment of feed mix with high barley content in gosling-broilers feeding

Dissertation is devoted to application of new ferment preparations macerobacellin G3x and beta-glucoamilaza in feed mixtures with high barley content for intensive growth of gosling - broilers and effective use of feed nutriments. Optimal norms of supplement of investigated enzyme preparations and their multienzyme composition (MEC) in feed mixtures with low nutritive value for meat goslings depending on their age have been defined for the first time. The norms of barley addition to feed mixtures for meat goslings have been improved. The economic expedience of application of sci-entifically substantiated supplement of MEC in feed mixtures with barley high content (up 30%) for goslings has been confirmed by practice and is being introduced to educational process.
