The thesis is dedicated tj the creation of the high-effective fabrication methods of the sheet tenoned parts of the D16AT and B95 alloys with using arc surfacing and shaping the tenons.Electrode fusion of the AK-5 alloy and shaping the drops of prescribed mass is performed with using the heat removing tip. The gas dynamic method is used for transferring drops.Surfacing condition and modis are determined at which crackforming is absent in the parts. The tenons of different share are obtained by means of shaping : conic, trapegoidal, with a cut, pyramidal tenons. Machanical and corrosive characterstics of joints have been studied.The fabrication methods of tenoned parts, experimental and industrial equipment have been developed. Surfacing the projections is performed in automatic mode according to the prescribed program.The new methods have been applied in series production of the An-72, An-74 aircraft for manufacturing the cargo flooring and ramp. The cost of manufacturing tenoned parts, expendable mate rials has been cut and the automation level has been raised.Key words : aircraft, aluminium alloys, tenons, surfacing, drop, shaping, methods, equipment.
