Kuz'menko O. Administrative - legal counteraction of illegal migration in Ukraine.

Об'єкт дослідження - social relations in the sphere processes migration. Мета дослідження - the main aim of this dissertation is a of determination main directions of general direction to improve on institution related to manaqe ment branch and substantiatiate changes and plements of the novadays legislation. Методи дослідження - a) panscientific (dialectic, system analysis, structurally functional, logical, historical); b) special-scientific (comparably-legal, documentary analysis, expert evaluations); c) sociological (survey, questionnaire design, interviewing). Теоретичні результати і новизна - the stated theoretical postulate can be for source scientific base for further investigations of the legal regulation both the arms circulation and the other subjects of the permission system. Scientific novelty of the theoretical results of the dissertation investigations lie in the approach to solution a problem administrative-law regulations of the arms circulation, above all in point of view of realisa tion of constitutional law on self-defence from criminal infringements. Практичні результати і новизна - the proposals, stated in the dissertation can be used on modification and additions in the current legislation of Ukraine and other legal statements for the purpose of their improvement as well by creation of the new legislative acts especially of law "About immigration". Предмет і ступінь впровадження the offers of the author are used for want of to development of the Concept of Management of an administrative service of militia of senior management of internal businesses development of law-enforcement bodies in ХХI century, concept of creation of the program of the Ministry of internal businesses " the People and militia - partners ", and also are taken into discounted during work above the project of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offences ". Under the initiative and for want of direct participation of the author were developed and are introduced into work of Management of the operative infor mation DIAU of Ukraine in one Kiev of a card of the account of the foreign citizens, which have made administrative offences. The offers in MASM DIAU of Ukraine in one also are introduced. Kiev on creation of a computer database with the appropriate characteristics on all revealed illegal migration . Ефективність впровадження of the offer of the author have received positive valuation.
