Object of research: the films of single-crystal and polycrystallic of the lead telluride n- and р-types of conductivity. The purpose of research: the research of dimensional regularity for kinetic parameters of thin films of the lead telluride. Method of research: the compensation method of Invariable electrical and magnetic fields, Auger-electron spectroscopy, X-ray diffractometry, computer modeling. Theoretical and practical results and novelty: is investigated relations of kinetic values to depth of single-crystal and polycrystallic films of lead telluride and is optimizated their thermoelectric parameters with application of distributed parameters model. The degree of an application: will be used in educational process at the Vasyl Stefanyk Prekarpathian university at the lectures " The Thermoelectric materials and devices " to the post-graduate students and masters. Object of application: thermoelektricity, the firms which produce the thermoelectricity devices.
