Object of research: the clinical-morphological factors defining peculiarities of course and outcome of neoplasms of stump of uterus cervix. The purpose and methods of research: To determine the clinical-morphological factors defining course and outcome of neoplasms of stump of uterus cervix for rising of efficacy of diagnostics, prophylaxis and adequate treatment of patients by utilizing of clinical, physical and morphological procedures. Theoretical results and novelty: it is defined, that the factors defining gravity of clinical course and outcome of primary neoplasms in stump of uterus cervix are histological structure of tumour, background scaring and dysplastic processes in epithelial and mesenchymal components of stump. Practical significance: the obtained data can be utilised for optimization of diagnostics, development of preventive measures and adequate treatment of this category of patients in conditions both oncologic clinics, and medical establishments of common profile. Subject and degre e of introduction: the factors of forecast of tumors of uterus cervix; is inserted in the pedagogical and medical processes of faculties of oncology. Efficacy of introduction: obtaining of new knowledge and rise of efficacy of treatment of oncologic patients. Sphere of usage: oncologic clinics, faculty of oncology, medical radiology, pathology.
