Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study of clinical current and laboratory parameters of peripheral blood (PB) and bone marrow (BM) of the patients with acute leukemias, which suffered from the Chernobyl accident. The features of clinical current of acute myeloblast leukemias are reasonable. Thee significance of activity of cytochemical reactions in blast cells both PB and BM is shown. The criteria, which indicates the increase of risk development of oncohematological diseases among the irradiated persons are offered.
