. Research objectives are spring hard wheat, soil, mineral fertilizers. The research method is generally accepted. The results are statistically confirmed. The novelty of research is in determination of high effect of calculated fertilizer rate for planned yield of spring hard wheat under irrigation in the conditions of the South of Ukraine. The influence of fertilizers on the grain protein content and protein fraction composition, biological value and amino acids content was established. The introduction of results has been carried out on the farm named after Kalinin in Tchaplinskiy re-gion Kherson region. Agriculture.
