The dissertation is devoted to the pedagogical conditions which provide effective results of usage of a business game in training students for foreign-language inter-course activity. On the basis of theoretical and experi-mental study of the problem the essence of a business game in formation of culture of foreign-language inter-course activity has been determined, the specific insti-tute's process features which realize an imitation-playing approach to study of foreign language have been dis-closed, the structure, main stages of creation of a business game, its peculiarities and conditions of improvement of its results, the influence of the game upon the motivation of study of foreign language have been shown.
