Essay

The thesis is devoted to determination of the diagnostic relations among the parameters of a fractal object structure and ones of an optical field diffracted on it. We investigated regular Cantor sets, as well as Cantor's asymmetric, and multi-fractals in the capacity of models more approached to natural objects. Methods of diagnostic of Cantor fractal's level, fractal di-mension, asymmetry coefficient, and Cantor multifractal's mass parameter, dimension and level of its support are developed.
