Yanyts'ka N. Group Profit Violent Youth Crime and Its Prevention.

Об'єкт дослідження - group self-interested and violent youth criminality as relatively independent variety of criminality. Мета дослідження - clarification of criminological characteristics and determinants of the modern group self interested and violent youth criminality and development of scientifically proved measures directed to its overcoming and improvement of corresponding norms of criminal legislation of Ukraine. Методи дослідження та апаратура - dialectic method of cognition of social events, commonly scientific (historical, comparative, statistical, systematically structural) specifically - sociological (interviewing, questionnairing, systematization, typological, learning of criminal cases, survey). Теоретичні результати і новизна - set out theoretical provisions can serve as scientific basis for further researching of criminal and legislative as well as criminological aspects of group self interested and violent youth criminality and preventive measures as for it. Практичні результати і нов изна - set out proposals could be used for improvement of criminal legislation, which determines the responsibility for committing of group self-interested and violent youth crimes as well as for increasing of effectiveness of counteractions to it. The results of research could be used in the practical activity of law enforcement bodies, first of all, of internal affaires, as well as in educational process of juridical institutions and faculties in the courses "Criminal law of Ukraine" and "Criminology". Materials of thesis could be also used in further scientific developments of these problems. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - the methodical recommendations on these questions were sent to the Principal Scientific and Expert Department of the Administration of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine for taking into consideration during the development of the complex of measures directed for increasing of effectiveness of activity in prevention of the mentioned crimes. Ефективність впровадження - the methodical recommenda tions have received a high appreciation.
