Essay

The dissertation is devoted to investigation of fluor-containing HTSC oxides on base YBa2Cu3O7-? compound. The peculiarities of formation of fluorinated YBa2Cu3O7-? ceramics by solid state reaction of oxides, carbonates and fluorides have been investigated and the original technology was elaborated. The ceramics of YBa2Cu3O7-?Fx (x=0?3) nominal composition were synthesized at different temperature conditions with YF3, YOF using. The influence of fluorine on complex of chemical, physico-chemical and physical properties fluor-contining ceramics were investigated. The formation of YBa2Cu3O7-?Fx solid solutions in region x=0?0,3 was founded. The optimal electrophysical properties (Тс(onset)=125,8К, Тс(0)=123,7К) were determined for YBa2Cu3O6,90F0,10 sample. Value of Tc was not decreased after 3 months.
