The paper presents the results of the clinic and laboratory research in the results of which muscle dysfunction (in its initial stage of development), muscle-joint (middle stage of development) and joint dysfunction (aggravated stage of development) were separated. The dependence of the level of psychic and emotional strain, is proved, which is of great significance for developing curative measures. Experimental model of dystrophic and destruction process was suggested by injecting hydrocortisone. It is proved have chondroprotecting and chondrostimulating action of the solkoseril and vermilat by lowering the pathological processes. Ways of therapy of different stages of dysfunctional breaths are scientifically funded and suggested.
