Essay

Dissertation deals with organisational and competent bases of the tax militia in Ukraine. The legal regulation system of the tax militia activity has analysed in the work. The Ukrainian tax militia's legal status and problems of its structure are also described. The tax militia authority and its legal regulation's deficiencies are determined. Suggestions on improving acting legislation and its practical application have also been put forward.
