Venislavc'kyj F. Constitutional basis of interrelationship of legislature and executive power in Ukraine.

The thesis researches the mechanism of interrelationship between the legislative and executive branches of state power in Ukraine. It describes the issues and elements of the constitutional and legal mechanism of the interrelationship between the branches, considers a complex of theoretical and practical issues in relation to provision for optimal structuring and effective functioning of the state mechanism in Ukraine, analyses the reasons, issue and structure of conflicts arising between the legislature and executive power, suggests organizational and legal procedures to settle the said conflicts. The study contains suggestions as for the improvement of norms and laws that regulate the constitutional and legal status and forms of co-operation between the legislative and executive branches in Ukraine.
