At of the hypertensive patients by magnetic resonance imaging in process of weighting a degree of arterial hypertension a progressing dilatation of right ventricle and hypertrophy of its myocardium detection, which considerably elevates risk of the development of complications. Fixed, that the presence of pulmonary hypertension in hypertensive patients variates qualita-tively preload of right ventricle and results in downstroke previously increased venous tone. Dynamics of changes of intramiocardial strain of right ventricle in all categories of the patients with hypertension alongside with absence of changes of right ventricle inotropic proper-ties ap-preciated with the help of the end-systolic curves "volume - pressure". With the help of factor analysis were revealed the main determinants of the development of structural and functional changes of right ventricle state in patients with hypertension.Th e field of application is practical cardiology.
