Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of electrosurface properties and aggregative stability of aqueous individual and heterodispersions of silicon nitride, aluminum and yttrium oxides in wide range of pH. The abnormal high critical coagulating concentrations of 1-1-charged indifferent electrolyte in basic (for silicon nitride) and acidic (for oxides) media have been discovered; the factors that caused such stability are steric (for silicon nitride) or structure (for oxides) components of disjoining pressure. The pH intervals and the conditions of receiving of stable binary nitride - oxide dispersions have been determined. It is shown that increasing of the stability of heterodispersions against coagulative action of electrolites by means of polyethylene oxide adsorbed only on silicon nitride particles is possible if sufficiently thick polymer adlayers were formed, but only in the pH intervals where different phase particles are of the same charge.
