Dissertation is devoted to the influence of the research of the influence of genotypic peculiarities followed by the existence of gene-complex of bronchial asthma, its clinical features, marital status, frequency, monthly exacerbation and the course of schizophrenia. The choice of the bronchial asthma as model is based on the studies on the cholinergic hypothesis of schizophrenia. In this study it was found that these gene-typic pecularities of schizophrenia decreases the risk of that psychosis and can has favourable influence on the course of the schizophrenic process in whole. In these patients suffered from schizophrenia the dangerous actions are increased. Among these patients hypersthenic types is prevailed. It was shown the modifying influence of the sex and severity of bronchial asthma on the course of bronchial asthma was outlined. Given results can be perspective in the proposals on the course of schizophrenia, planning of the treatment and rehabilitation strategies techniques and also on pre vention of the dangerous activity in these patients.
