Essay

The dissertation is devoted to study of heavy metals influence on dark grey podsolic soil microflora. The system approach for study of influence of heavy metals on different hierarchical levels of microbial system of soil is used for the first time: subcellular, cellular, populational, cenotic. Toxigenic and mutagenic activity of soil polluted with heavy metals are investigated, and the new ways for decrease of their action are offered. The method of laser Doppler correlational spectrometry is used for the first time for study of influence of heavy metals on soil microbial population. The parameters, which characterise the resistance and homeostasis of microbial populations in soil polluted with heavy metals, are designed. On the basis of study microflora and dynamic of the mobile forms of heavy metals with use of inorganic, organic, biological and combined ameliorants the ways for reabilitation of polluted soils are developed.
