Kvachenyuk K. Clinical-experimental ground of curative effectiveness of Ukrainian drug Flamikar for treatment of patients with chronic liver diseases.

Object: the patients with chronic liver diseases (CLD), experimental laboratory animals (white rets) with tetrachlormethan model of hepatitis. The work is aimed on the improvement of currative effectiveness for CLD and investigation of profit for use of drug flamicar (F) in complex therapy of these patients. Methods and apparatus: toxicological, biochemical, immunological, instrumental, clinical, radiological, statistical methods.Theoretical and practical results: it was shown that F normolizes the processes of liver microsomal oxidation, has antioxidant and membranestabilizing action. With including in complex therapy for patients with CLD, F increases the currative effectiveness and shortened the duration of treatment in comparison with results of usage of usual therapy. It was offered the currative scheme for CLD with F including. The new: it was proved the effectiveness and a line of advantages of F for treatment of patients with CLD in comparison with usual therapy. The level of approach: data ca n be used for treatment of patients with CLD and in lectures in medical schools and universities. Field of application: gastrienterology internal diseases.
