Essay

This thesis is devated the nephrologic treatment optimisation. The scientific work is based on the nephrologic diseases diagnostics state investigation on the basis of the diagnostics quality results estimatian in all levels and stages of the specialised hospital aid. It is also based on the research results of kidney disease epidemiology peculiarities in Ukraine with the establishment of imperfect accounts system concerning kidney pathology. The level and dynamics of morbidity, prevalence and mortality caused by kidney diseases in tye cauntryin 1986-1997 have been determined on the basis of the complex epidemiological analysys. The stage diagnostics model of the most spread kidney diseases has been worked out and scientifically substantiated taking into account the nosological form, the department specialisation and the health institution level. The new improved clinical statistical nomenclature of kidney diseases hes been proposed for application.
