Relations which appear during international leasing. Giving theoretical base and developing practical recommendations for development and regulation of international leasing. System approach and complex analysis. Classification of international leasing and methodics of international leasing efficiency evaluation were developed. Optimum schemes of international leasing contracts were proposed. Method of evaluation of international leasing project was developed. Results are used by regional governments, private and government enterprises.
