Essay

The thesis is devoted to the enhancement of therapy results of patients with microinvasive and local spreaded vulvar cancer by cryodestruction as a single method and in combination with other conventional modalities. It is scientifically proved that cryosurgical method can be the alternative to traditional surgery in the treatment of the patients with microinvasive vulvar cancer. This method has no contraindications and complications. This method for the treatment of local spreaded forms of vulvar cancer with intraoperative cryodestruction of the tumor allows to improve considerably the nearest and long-term results in comparison with conventional treatment
