Nyevalov A. Complex estimation of labour activity of the industrial enterprises management staff

Having analysed the theoretical, methodological and practical problems of the estimation of enterprise managerial staff labour activity, the author determined the conceptual grounds of forming the system of complex estimation of their labour activity. The grounds are based on market principles of deter-mining manpower value, taking into account the specific features of labour relation development in Ukraine during transition period. The personal concept of staff management has been grounded. The concept implies the reorganisation of managerial processes using the complex estimation system.
