Essay

The thesis presents a nev approach to solue the task of increasing the efficiency of treating the patients with chronic cholecystitis via fasting - dietetic therapy (FDT) administration scientifically and in practice. The work presents clinico-laboratory assessment of FDT influence on motor- evacuatory function of the gallbladder and bileferous ducts and enogenic intoxication level in chronic cholecystitis patients. FDT usage was found to have a marked sanogenic and detoxication effect. Strict indications to FDT Using for the patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis were worked out. The therapy effectiveness dependance on the concrement acoustics properties was proved.
