The dissertation is devoted to increase the efficiency of diagnostics of the menisci and ligaments injuries of a knee joint with the ultralowfield magnetic resonance imaging (0,04 Т). On the base of examination of 30 people of the control group own protocol of the MRi investigation of knee has been proposed, MRi anatomy has been studied. After examining of 201 with knee trauma direct and in-direct MRi signs were determined and suggested. Ultralowfield MRi informativity of the menisci and ligaments trauma was determined. The levels of posttraumatic effusion have been suggested. The factors that influence on fluid quantity have been analysed. Algoritm of the patients with knee trauma has been worked out and substantiated scientifically
