Essay

The work is devoted to investigation of the micromycetes, adapted to life on the radioactive contaminated substrates, on the morphological, physiological and biochemical levels. The ecological characteristic of the mycobiota of the inner locations of "Shelter" object was made. The considerable morphological changes were established for the micromycetes, which were commonly spread in this ecotope. The highly resistance of micromycetes in investigated object was due to the combination of certain features of r- and К-types of the life strategy. The ability of micromycetes isolated from radioactive polluted substrates to accumulate intensively radiocarbon from reactor graphite and to overgrow it was discovered for the first time. The influence of low intensity of gamma-irradiation on the some biochemical peculiarities was investigated at the number of Cladosporium cladosporioides strains, isolated from the habitats with different degree of radionuclide contamination. Studied indexes was analyzed by presen ce or absence of the radiotropism property and by presence of the melanin pigment in the cell walls of these strains.
