Essay

For the first time the complex observations of the noise storm radio emission at the decameter wavelength have been executed. One maximum in the distributions of polarization degree and nonmonotonous have been revealed center-to-limb dependence of type III bursts parameters. It is determined, that the decameter storm consists of bursts, which are the superposition of radiation components. The results of the decametric radiation search of the UV Ceti flaring stars are presented. Seven bursts have been registered.
