The dissertation is devoted to problems of environmental legal regulation of public relations establishing in cases of extraction of wild animals from their natural environment for usage to satisfy material and spiritual needs of humans. Legal indications are analyzed that characterize wild animals as objects of respective legal relations. Indications and concepts of wildlife special usage are determined as well as criteria for division of the above activities into separate subtypes.
