The thesis is devoted to the question of improvement the conservative treatment of a lower jaw fractures within the dental row. A new device which is called the occlusive splint was elaborated. It is used for fixation of fragments of a lower jaw within the dental row. Elaborated methods of investigation of tensely-strained condition of objects in dentistry holographic specle-interferometry. According to the methodics the occuracy of resposition and rigidity of fragments fixing of lower jaw within the dental row by different splinting devices were investigated. Rigidity of fragments fixing a lower jaw by the occlusive splint in neutral field exceeds corresponding indexes of two-jaws splinting in transversal direction 3,8 times, in sagittal direction 1,8, vertical direction 1,2. According to clinical observations of 60 patients and check of clinical, x-ray and functional diagnosis it was established that the usage of the method of treatment of a lower jaw fracture within the dental row by the occlusive s plint provides higher anatomical and functional indexes of treatment.
