Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of a morpho-clinical state of oral cavity soft tissues while using biological reporpting suture materials catgut and biofil, influence on terms of healing and character of scar formation. It has been established, that in the oral cavity soft fabrics biofil does not cause hemocirculatory disturbances. At the minimal cell reaction it stimulates fibroblast activity and fibrillogenesis, accelerates the processes of reparative regeneration with the formation of a thin friable scar, which germinates as plain muscular regenerators with the maximal restoration of tissues. Obtained clinical results, confirmed by cytological, thermography and Foll's methods, testify to a better biocompatibility and minimum injuring effect of biofil.
