The dissertation trying to questions of diagnostics of tumours posterior fossa, through MRI For the decision of this task the improvement of a technique of MRI-research of structures PF, with use of additional opportunities and programs MRI, and also special algorithm is carried out depending on an accessory of a tumour to intra or extra-acsial to tumours, gliomas of a brain stem or metastasis PF. The special algorithm for differential diagnostics of tumours pontocerebelarum of a comer, first of all acustics nevrinomas, and also for gliomas of brain stem and of tumours PF is developed. On the data of MRI-RESEARCH the semiotics of various groups and kinds of tumours PF is investigated. The correlation of the form and contours tumours of the centers with character of their growth and degree anaplasy is determined. The criteria of differential diagnostics of various groups and kinds of tumours PF are developed. Are analysed frequency of clinical symptoms of various tumours PF and their clinics-diagnostic comparison. During research the high parameters of sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of MRI-INSPECTION of the patients with tumours PF are achieved.
